- Click the Items link above to browse available items.
- Complete the order form.
- Mail completed order form and check to the address on the order form.
- Completed order forms and checks may also be handed to Coach Brown or Mr. Long.
- Please make sure the player name is printed on both the form and the check.
- Make checks payable to: Tom Long.
- All orders are final.
- Orders must be received by Friday, November 20,
2009
- Delivery of goods is expected to occur prior to Holiday Break (Friday, December
21, 2009).
- No orders will be accepted via email.
- Order your stuff now! There is no guarantee that there will be another offering
of Spiritwear in February 2010.
